M.A.B.E: The Perfect Boho City Style

It’s all there in the title. One of our most popular brands, M.A.B.E Apparel brings a relaxed boho style to city life. Their casual look is free-spirited, with delightful designs that include long, flowing skirts and loose, pattern-printed blouses. For the Spring/Summer season, they’re a great choice, and if you’re already a fan, you’ll know why.

If you’re new to these designers, prepare to be amazed!

Lana jacket

Pop on an extra layer and still look the part with the Lana jacket. This lightly quilted piece has a pretty floral print pattern and long sleeves that turn up at the hems to reveal a colour reversal. Large pockets serve for phone storage (or hand warmers). Wear it to keep cosy so you can extend those long summer evenings outdoors. We particularly love this jacket when worn with a pair of jeans like the Vertical from Frame.

The Lana comes in two great colour options: blue and red.

Dana top

Just beautiful! The Dana top is the ultimate summer top with its slightly frilled collar and feminine drape sleeves. Two beautiful contrasting patterns cover the body and sleeves, and a v-neck just adds that extra touch of beauty. If you want to go boho in the city, then this is the top with you. Just choose whether you prefer red or green.

Wear this one with a pair of white jeans, or pair it with the matching Dana skirt (below) for a head-to-toe look.

Dana maxi skirt

Made from soft, lightweight cotton, the Dana is a toe-skimming maxi skirt with a beautiful summer print. A repeating floral pattern covers most of the skirt, then is contrasted at the hem and waist with stripes - a perfect top-and-tail. A thick elasticated waist is tied with pretty tassels for comfort that sits where it should.

Viti blouse

Flattering and relaxed, the elegant Viti blouse provides a very on-trend summer look. A colourful repeating print is broken up around the hems with a bolder variation. A lightly frilled collar and v neck and to the overall style, while puffed sleeves ending at an elasticated hem give that floaty look so beloved in the boho style. Two colours are available: a dark pink or an orange and blue. Wear them with a pair of white Anessa jeans, either out for a relaxed look, or tucked in for more shape.

Kora skirt

The tiered maxi skirt is the quintessential bohemian look, and M.A.B.E’s has created its own perfect version this season with the Kora skirt. In two deep vibrant colours - rust and indigo - this super flattering piece is made from a cotton-silk fabric with an elasticated waist for extra comfort. It’s so easy just to throw on and go for a totally careless summer look.
